A minimum order value of S$35.00 must be met for purchase. Think Joy operates on Cash-on-Delivery, Paypal or credit card payment terms. All orders are subject to stock availability. We will inform customers by email or phone if the items requested are not available or out of stock. Delivery charges per location are as follows: Order Value Delivery Charges < S$40   $10 S$40 - $79.99   $8 S$80 - $119.99   $6 S$120 & above   Free In all cases, the intended delivery address has to be in Singapore’s main island, accessible by road, and not in restrictive areas. Restrictive areas may include CBD area where entry and parking costs are considerably high. The items will be delivered within 3 work days after order received and processed, unless Think Joy informs customer otherwise. Goods once delivered and accepted are considered sold. Think Joy will only replace goods that are defective or incorrectly delivered. The receipt of an e-mail order notification does not constitute the acceptance of an order. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior acceptance of any order. For overseas order, please let us know through email the items you need. We will get back to you on the shipping cost to your country.
